I’m Neil, and I founded Plume & Frost Travel, a small, personal consultancy. For years I’ve been the one family and friends turn to when a trip gets complicated: several countries, flights that have to connect, a ship to meet and everyone’s wishes woven into one plan. Putting those journeys together and seeing them come off perfectly is one of the things I love about travel, along with the people, sights, sounds, food and drink of different cultures.
Brazil holds a special place for me. I’ve travelled there, fallen for it, and Portuguese has become my second language (I’m still learning). Plume & Frost is my way of taking that love of travel, and everything I’ve learnt along the way, and using it to build the perfect journey for you.

Evening & weekend consultations
Calls and itinerary reviews take place on weekday evenings (18:00 to 21:30) and Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:00am to 12:30pm), so you can plan after your own working day.
When you’ll hear back
Your itinerary will be with you within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry or discovery call, depending on how involved the journey is.

Good to know
Is Plume & Frost only for luxury travel?
Not at all. To me, a journey is about how it makes you feel: the view you wake up to, the moment you’ve waited years for, the sense that every detail has been thought about. Whatever you have in mind, I’ll shape it around you and what matters most, without padding it out with extras you don’t need.
Is my money protected?
Yes. Plume & Frost Travel is an Associate of Your Travel Consultant Ltd, and your bookings are financially protected by Your Travel Consultant Ltd’s ATOL licence (ATOL 12789) and PTS licence. You’ll be told exactly which protection applies before you book.
What happens after I enquire?
I read everything you’ve shared, then we talk it through, by phone, video call or email, whichever suits you. Your itinerary follows within 24 to 48 hours, and nothing is booked until you’re happy with it.
When can we talk?
Calls and itinerary reviews are on weekday evenings (18:00 to 21:30) and Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:00am to 12:30pm), so you can plan after your own working day. You can also message me on WhatsApp or email at any time.
Can you plan somewhere that isn’t in the Collection?
Yes. The Collection is a set of starting points. Most journeys I plan are built from scratch around where you’d love to go, how long you have and how you like to travel.
What if something goes wrong while I’m away?
Every trip comes with a pocket guide holding every booking reference and a 24-hour contact, so if a flight is cancelled or plans change, there’s someone to help.
