Accessibility statement
Last updated 15 October 2026
I want everyone to be able to plan a journey with me, whatever device, settings or assistive technology you use. This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
Using this website
You should be able to:
- use every page with a keyboard alone, with a clear outline showing where you are and a “Skip to main content” link at the top
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- increase the spacing between lines, words and letters without losing any text
- use a screen reader: form fields are labelled, each step of the enquiry form is announced, and error messages are linked to the field they’re about
- pause any video with the “Pause videos” button; your choice is remembered as you move around the site
- turn on “reduce motion” in your device’s settings to stop videos and animations altogether
How accessible this website is
I reviewed the site on 14 October 2026 against WCAG 2.2 level AA, using automated testing and manual checks with a keyboard, different screen sizes and colour contrast measurements, and fixed the issues found. On 15 October 2026 I tested it with the NVDA screen reader on Windows and VoiceOver on iPhone.
A few things are outside my control:
- Booking a discovery call uses Google’s appointment booking page. If it doesn’t work well for you, call or email me and I’ll book a time with you directly.
- Booking conditions are published by Your Travel Consultant Ltd on their website. I’m happy to talk them through with you or send them another way.
- Holiday photos carry descriptions I write myself. If one is missing or unhelpful, please let me know.
Other ways to get in touch
You don’t need to use the website at all. You can reach me by phone on 0161 327 5028, by email at neil@plumeandfrost.co.uk, or on WhatsApp. If you need your itinerary or travel documents in another format, such as large print, just ask.
If something doesn’t work for you
Please tell me: email neil@plumeandfrost.co.uk with the page you were on and what went wrong, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can and help you another way in the meantime.
